Here is my 2 cents as a dual citizen with the US and Colombia and having vacationed in most latin american countries including Cuba.

That being said, most traveling Canadians are douchebags, they think the maple leaf on the backpack will protect them, even though in reality they are north american, gringos. Plus they tend to act the greater fool because they are from the great white north.

Of the Canadians I've known, a slim majority actually think the world works this way. Of course, a slim majority of Canadians I've known were also from Ontario, and it seems to correlate strongly.
