So it jumps around different concepts every single time? Wouldn't it make more sense for it to be called Romney.com?

TheMadChaosopher: when multi millionaires buy their woman jewelery it tends to get pricey, why is this news?

No, not really. There are many people with lots of money who don't buy crap like that. Their are rich people who live rich life styles but there are also rich people who don't.

At least not like $500K in jewels. There is a big difference between having some for special occasions and having a shiat ton you wear all the time.

Just asking. Does an adult male in the US need to achieve an erection, just once, before that individual is allowed to purchase jewelry?

why does it matter if it's 500k in jewels, or cars, or planes, or clothes, or whatever?

it's his credit line and his money.

is it cuz it shows that he's a 1%er?

do we have ANY politicians who aren't rich? especially at a national level? aren't they all 1%ers? if you want to make newt look bad there's a lot better ways than by reminding everyone that's he's really really wealthy.

When they extended the credit line, Callista was on the staff of a Congressional committee that was considering a bill that would have a big impact on Tiffanys. Did the Gingrich's actually pay tjat tab, or was it a bribe? Even if they did, the line was zero percent interest. At a jeweler. $500k loan for 18 months at a place that usually charges 16% interest, thats a $120k "favor".

So, bribe.

I know you're a troll account, but what the hell.

If you recall, the Tiffany's crap came out at the same time that Newt was trying to claim Obama was an out of touch elitist and Newt was just an average Joe so vote republican.

Newt the jewelry-buyer!

TheMadChaosopher: i don't like newt any more than any of these clown democrat or republicans but why is such a big fuss made over his and/or his wife's(es) jewelery?

he's a multi-millionaire, and has been part of the "ruling class" since the early 90's. i just assume they ALL buy their wives, girlfriends, and mistresses shiatloads of jewelry.

they live in huge mansions, they fly in private jets, they wear suits and dresses that cost thousands of dollars, they're our modern nobility.

you think hillary clinton and laura bush and mrs obama don't have piles of gems and jewelery?

when multi millionaires buy their woman jewelery it tends to get pricey, why is this news?

He's never going to have sex with you.

Not too worry, just because Newt has millions lying around to spend on jewelry he is still in touch with the common man/woman and will undoubtedly work hard as President to rid us all of that evil death tax so that we can safely pass on a house with an underwater mortgage and a 20 year old Honda Civic without taxing our kids to death for it.

farker robocalled me the other day.

I wasn't very civil to his rep who spoke with me after Newt bumbled over his purchased speech.

I say, let the farker go down in flames.

No, the kids will go to work to help pay for the civic. They'll have to after Daddy loses his job because Newt said that he earned too much.

farking asshole.

So now your criticizing people for not being critical of the politicians extravagance, in response to people being critical of the extravagance of politicians?

Unfortunately, it's a bad idea.

If they set up an anti-Newt Gingrich site, then they'd have a legitimate purpose for using the domain name. With just a bunch of redirects, it's just cybersquatting, and under the UDRP, he can seize the domain.

They should've done something like glennbeckrapedandmurderedayounggirl.com

This. Giving Newt a line of credit may have been a favor

Giving Newt an exceptionally large line of credit may have been a favor

Giving Newt a line of credit that is interest free is a gift. An extremely large gift, on the order of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

so, a bribe

yes
