The reality is that she probably became more cold toward him and gave him that "no" knowing he would just go get it elsewhere giving her an easy excuse to bail. She's just another entitled gold-digging slut looking to cash in. I don't blame her...she's probably not aware enough of anyone outside herself to make a choice otherwise.
