if I remember, this was a story Deadspin broke, the girl told one of the guys the story, and showed picture proof about being at his place. She never claimed rape, and he initially believed she was of age. the part that becomes sticky (huh huh...sticky) is if/when she told him she was under 18...before or after he got with the vajayjay.
