Do most people (men and lesbians, I guess) get so much unrelenting and endlessly supplied sex that they would really turn down an otherwise suitable sex partner just because she had small, natural, normally-shaped breasts?

In cases of malformation? Surgery? Cancer? Implants are absolutely justified and even sometimes needed. If I see the scars under boobs in porn, it is a huge turn-off for me. They bounce and ripple in this really strange and plastic way, and I find myself wondering what she'd look like without the ridiculous balloons attached.
