Fortunately, REGA (the helicopter rescue service) also rescues cows that get lost, stuck, or injured in the various alpine areas where they roam:

I've also seen the Swiss using helicopters for tree-trimming in urban areas where big trucks would be difficult to get through the narrow roads.
