I had a judge that was mad at me in a DUI case because my lawyer kept continuing it.

I got SIX MONTHS IN JAIL for a first time DUI.

That's pretty harsh - any details that you can share? Accident? Extremely high BAC? Uncooperative with cops? State where it happened?

Of course there are those on fark who think you should be executed for a first time DUI. I think they're the same people saying we shouldn't execute murderers because everyone on death row is actually innocent.

That is crazy.

Its sad that a story about justice, albeit delayed justice, turns into a partisan bickering session. Can we please stgop the left/right BS and try Americans vs greedy asshats who sell themselves to the highest bidder? We can disagree about the means, but the vast majority of us do agree on the goals. It's a very small group of total douchebags who are screwing it up. I enjoy the show and listen to it most Saturdays but it had nothing to do with getting her removed. It was the multiple complaints and the oversight of the commission that accomplished that. The show merely shared the fact she is an incredible biatch.

But does he inform his listeners? He's an extremist tool You could probably say the same about Limbaugh as you could about Rush the band except that I find Rush's lyrics somewhat more intelligent than Limbaugh's ramblings.

Rush Limbaugh is the Howard Stern of right-wing radio.
