It's not really meant to be outright funny. It's meant to be a visceral reaction to the news. All the N. Koreans crying = cry babies. The N. Korean occasional rocket attacks = stupid macho posturing. They're just calling it like it is.

Your moniker is "homeschooled", FFS. Quite frankly, I'd be amazed if you can walk and chew gum at the same time.

Much as you may not like their animations, these Taiwanese folk really do have their finger on the pulse of global politics. This wasn't as good as their depiction of Palin firing a machine-gun as she rode a train during her vice-presidential run, or their depiction of Christine O'Donnell quite literally choking a chicken during the time of her anti-masturbation rants, but it was still pretty good.
