Ok, but I don't see why this matters. I always thought of it as a tentative withdrawal date, if the situation in Iraq permitted. I think Romney is wrong and Obama made the right call here, but he made that call. Bush didn't jump in Obama's time machine and make sure his schedule was kept 3 years beyond his presidency.

Lurking Fear: actually, he has been attacking Obama for the TARP bailouts for months. Another Bush policy.

On November 5th, 2008 I woke up and turned on FOX for the lulz. I watched them asking out loud "Is it too early to blame Obama for this recession?" Then, again out loud, say that no, it's not too late. "I'll be the first to call this Obama's recession." One of the blonde bimbos said with pride.

HawgWild: "Holding her is dangerous. If word of this gets out, it could generate sympathy for the Rebellion in the Senate." - Romney

Oddly fitting, if you consider the relationship between Elizabeth Warren getting blocked to head the agency she founded and Occupy Wall Street.

So the new talking point is that we shouldn't leave Iraq because we're going to have to invade Iran? Really?
