Looks like someone tossed the end zone pylons in the cart, and one wedged the gas pedal down. The guy who ended up in the passenger seat tried to steer it for a bit but then gave up and bailed.

Subby here (yay, first greenlight!). I was there, and those of us who saw it were just pointing and laughing and couldn't believe it was driving off, and then it actually hit them. At first I was still laughing, then realized people were actually hurt and stfu.

I laughed, grabbed my fiance and she laughed and made me replay it several times, and then I emailed it to people because they had to see the awesomeness of it. And that dude in the striped shirt is an ass - he had to have seen it coming, but he waited and it looks like took a picture at the moment of impact.

Seems like the guy frantically trying to chase the cart threw the pylons into the cart, not expecting them to wedge down on the gas pedal. I guess the front wheels were turned and then straightened out since nobody was holding the steering wheel to keep them from doing so.

/or maybe i'm not analyzing it enough
