Not to sound too serious, but as someone who has spent time in the water in the Northern Oceans in the winter, I feel for the guys on that rig. That was a terrible way to die.

I'm afraid of the ocean for some reason anyway--no particular reason, I've never even been on a big ship. A few years ago, I worked on the shore of Lake Superior for a winter. I couldn't even get near the lake during stormy weather without hearing The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald in my head.
