So some guy thought he was witty enough to beat a system by changing his name, b/c that's perfectly within his legal rights, and promote his "business" on Facebook, which is perfectly le-----------------stop, collaborate and listen-------TOS...sorry.

Strange beat the Sad tag into submission, This Sad is for the human race, of which, sadly, I am one.

Fark you, you sadness bearing, filling-the-planet-with-dumb-farking-consumers humans. Fark you in the ass with a dead branch from the last living tree of reason.

Fark you. And fark Mark Zuckerburg (all of them) while we're at it.

Why do I have this uncanny urge to slap the plaid right off him?

I bet the Jews did this...

The Israeli guy should be treated by reasonable humans like Prince was. We should all call him by his birth name and let him go cry about it. Also, no idea what he's selling, don't care, and I'll never touch his products.

Holy farking attention whore.. This guy reached my "Want to punch him in the face through the internet" level of douchebag..

So much for my plan to change my name to Drew Curtis and start Facefark.com

He's got the marketing and pr gimic trick worked out perfectly.

I read the headline and thought, "Aww, there's probably some other poor schmuck who just happens to have Zuckerberg's name and they're gonna try to sue this innocent man."

Then I read the headline. He's almost as big of a douche as the real one.

/ How should we pluralize "Mark Zuckerberg?"
// Mark Zuckerbergs?
// Marks Zuckerberg?

wannabe troll gets called out trying to troll. meh
What pisses my off most about this story is that it put's me on the same side as Facebook.

'Assholes' seems easiest.

"I don't know."

This idiot's excuse is "Everyone else is doing it, why can't I?" and when he's called on it, stomps his foot and whines like a toddler.

Not all publicity is good publicity, faux-Zuckerberg.

FTFA: Zuckerberg has set up an Internet campaign for his new persona, including a Facebook Page and Twitter account, @iMarkZuckerberg

Having successfully trolled one company, he moves on to troll another.

Well, good luck to him, I guess.

FTA: "Zuckerberg (all further mentions refer to the Israeli entrepreneur) co-founded Like Store, a social marketing company, which sells companies Likes for their brand pages"

Fact: All Mark Zuckerbergs are douchebags.

Hm. Is violating terms of service a legal infraction? I've always thought of them like an EULA.

Jesus Christ it's a lion! Get in the car!: Why do I have this uncanny urge to slap the plaid right off him?

Because you didn't think of it.

video man: Hm. Is violating terms of service a legal infraction? I've always thought of them like an EULA.

It's a civil matter, hence the lawsuit. You can't do shiat like that any more than you can make a website called facebook.con and present yourself as being facebook for your own profit.

If the Zuckerberg of Facebook wants to sue this guy, then let Zuckerberg himself sue this guy. Don't do it through the company like a pussy.

The My Little Pony Killer: If the Zuckerberg of Facebook wants to sue this guy, then let Zuckerberg himself sue this guy. Don't do it through the company like a pussy.

You must have missed the part in the article where the lawsuit has nothing to do with the real Zuckerberg, but rather that the gentleman (now named Zuckerberg just for the sake of trolling and marketing) had started a business to sell 'Likes' on brands' fan pages on Facebook, which violates Facebook's TOS. This is why it is Facebook suing the guy, rather than Zuckerberg himself.

So his "business" is essentially running a network of spam bots to give companies a false "Like" count. As far as spamming goes, it's definitely not the more offensive type possible, but....
1. Seriously? There's a market for that?
and 2. He's still a spammer. Fark him.

Yeah, this guy's a jag, but given his birth name Rotem Guez, you can understand his motivation to change it to SOMETHING.

/Max Power would have been better
//there are three ways of doing things
