Tim Horton's sucks...Tastes like coffee tainted water

There are Tim Hortons everywhere in Ohio, which just shows the calibur of coffee it is. There's a reason why it hasn't spread to the rest of America.

Timbits are awesome though.

Depends on what you mean by "rest of America." As someone else already said, there are Tims in 10 states.

Too bad. He was very attractive, and I'm sure was quite successful.

Just another Friday on Memorial Drive.

For you travelers passing through the A-T-L (on your way to somewhere, anywhere that is not so God-foresaken), DO NOT get off on the Memorial Drive exit. The Dekalb County jail is located there for a reason.

Remember, it's more important to "keep it real" than put a murderer behind bars!

Did they ever find anybody on the Run DMC shooting or was that best left unsolved?

Tim's failed in New England because they screwed up in just about every way possible. For starters, they didn't take the substantial competition seriously, and were woefully ignorant about New England culture and tastes -- as near as I can tell, because they didn't care. I even wrote to their regional office in Moncton with some detailed advice and constructive criticism. They didn't even bother to write back, which shows their arrogance.

Their lax oversight of local franchises (one of the things I'd mentioned in my letter) led to one franchisee (never officially identified, but we easily figured out which) allowing the Tim Hortons name and logo to be used in a list of sponsors for an event by the National Organization for Marriage. Hundreds of news stories and thousands of phone calls and emails later, Tim's was forced to withdraw sponsorship (though NOM-RI never actually removed the image from their website), disclaim any connection with the event, and publicly apologise. But the damage had been done, and they'd already pretty much worn out their welcome in New England in a number of other ways that it was also already too late to fix, and within a year they closed all their New England stores.

I was actually excited when they arrived. But I don't miss them now, and I don't care if I never see them again.

Mocha Iced Cap Supreme is the way to go.

They recently started using a higher quality Espresso for their Latte's, so their Mocha Latte's and Caramel Latte's are pretty damn good now.

As always, their Cruller Timbits are as addictive as crack though.

I feel very, very sorry for those whose standards have been held so low that they think that Tim Hortons' doughnuts are good.

I've got 6 in a fairly mid sized town. There's 2 by each highway exit, 4 scattered through town.

We had Starbucks try to move in, but only 2 have survived.

Not a mystery to the people in the studio at the time, but "snitches get stitches" is a part of hip hop culture

I think it is akin to the idiots in California who refuse to vaccinate their kids. "Well, I'm gonna be thug and not snitch, someone else will, and justice will be done"....

But when EVERYONE is an idiot, we all get measles.

Tims has no regional office in Moncton. Moncton has a shiat-tonne of Tims, but they are all owned by one franchisee.

1) You cannot manage to spell caliber or calibre.

2) Tim Hortons was briefly merged with Wendy's, which is headquartered in... Ohio.

Try not to be so ignorant.

Those cheese bagels taste like cheesies. The french toast bagel is ok though. I used to love their coffee but it doesn't love me so I had to stop drinking it.
