That is the best glass harp I've ever heard. Most of the time what I heard sounds horrible. These were nice and even, and very well played. Thanks subby, I'm a touch less jaded after viewing the video. +1 for youz.

Meh...if they really wanted to impress, they'd've broken out the glass harmonica.

Very nice!!

I wonder if there are any of the original Glass Harps about? That harp was a big, corrugated tube of glass, mounted on a wooden frame. I don't recall if the tube rotated while being played, but it was fantastic to hear.

It was invented about 300 - 400 years ago. Someone played one on a TV show ages ago, but I can't recall much about it aside that one guy sat behind the tube and played it by running his fingers over the glass ridges.

The problem with the glass harmonica (and glass harps for that matter) is the sound causes vertigo and headaches in a significant part of the population.

Very impressive! Not only was the actual musical sound produced very clear, but the two musicians also choreographed their hand movements as an extra artistic touch.

/bravo

Maybe it's just me, but I can't see them performing in some basement and not think they were the opening act for a spit and sweat public disgrace performance?

I see they went with the same level of water in different sized glasses as opposed to varying levels of water in similar sized glasses. Sounds expensive.
