Blackburn v West Brom - 0-0 I hope you have some strong coffee 'cus you will need it
Everton v Norwich - 1-1 Norwich are stong on the attack and weak on defense but Moyes' teams are always hard to beat.
Fulham v Bolton - 2-0 Fulham arn't much better than mid table but are much better than Bolton
Newcastle v Swansea - 2-1 After the mugging in Norfolk NUFC Pardew will have them fighting hard even without a central defender.
Wolves v Stoke - 1-3 Smash and grab from Stoke yet again. Not very pretty but they get the job done.
Wigan v Chelsea - 0-3 Chealski are flying high after beating City and Wigan are just bad.

Not to many games today that I'm really dying to see.

Langston: Not to many games today that I'm really dying to see.

Celebrations of Gary Speed's career in the NUFC Vs Swansea game. His widow there.
I'm still recovering from the party last weekend - how can it be Saturday again already?

Ffc has got to beat Bolton. The league is all you have now since you couldn't beat some two-bit Danish team.

Farking awful.

I suppose so. Plus, ESPN is broadcasting it, while Fox Soccer has Everton/Chelsea in the morning and then Wigan/Chelsea later.

The real question is whether or not ESPN is going to broadcast the ceremony. I'm willing to bet not for the US feed.

Tomorrow is where the big games are going to be, especially the City Arsenal game.

Busy day for Chelsea, then. A real six-pointer.

I do wonder what Man United will do in January. SAF has never been a fan of buying during the transfer window, but given the injury list he may have to.

Stoke is not who jobbed you, Sp*rs.

No, that would be the ref. Well, him, and Tottenham's famous smothering defense.

Still, COYS!

Gah, read it right, wrote it wrong. First game is Everton/Norwich

Tiote starts after too long away. Just the one central defender today for the Toon. Still - one more than last week.

Adrian Healey really just called ST. James' Sports Direct Arena. Ashley really went ahead with that name.
Sad.

I'm sure this is a rather stupid question, but why is Bread of Heaven being sung right now?

From BBC: Meanwhile, it is raining red cards at the Amex Stadium where Brighton are down to nine men against Burnley after French midfielder Romain Vincelot was shown a red card for foul and abusive language and Ashley Barnes was sent off for the first time in his career for violent conduct.

That was pretty awesome..but there should have been an everton guy on that post.

How did Norwich get that shot in the net?!

And of course right after I say it, Holt finds the net

I know! Although if that's the case, let me just say now, "Well, Manchester City is dominating every part of this game, I don't see how Arsenal could possibly win this match"

Doesn't work when the game's not on. Try it again in 24 hours.

How this NUFC game is tied right now is beyond me. If we don't get three points here it is not a good sign of things to come. At least Tiote is finally playing.

Agustien on. I have to say, I love that name. All the derivatives of the Latin Augustus are awesome names.

newcastle has picked up their game in the last minutes, but desperately need these 3 points.

Good ol' Ganglylegs Peter Crouch! Get one in there!

2011-12-17 11:35:32 AM
Swans looking like taking the points here. Nervy times on Tyneside I'd think.

2011-12-17 11:39:49 AM
Finally from Everton!

2011-12-17 11:40:17 AM
Everton with the equalizer in the 80th minute

Drenthe is da shiznit. Yo.

2011-12-17 11:43:25 AM
My only question is, this makes a huge problem for Moyes for the next months as Drethe and Donovan play in the same positions I think. Who do you play?

2011-12-17 11:44:59 AM
Drenthe is looking really good

2011-12-17 11:46:10 AM
I cannot believe that Everton has not scored more than 1 yet.

No-score draw for NUFC VS Swans? I wouldn't have predicted that. Still a few minutes left mind.

Should've got 3 points here. These are the games we need to win. Whatever though, we're not making it into Europe and we're not going to get relegated so I guess we'll be stuck in no mans land this season. Just need to hope that we don't sell anyone big this January although its looking like Tiote is already gone.

A game fulham had to win and came through. With man utd and Chelsea coming up that was huge to avoid a brush with the drop zone.

Meireles is not having a good start to this game.

We are Tottenham Super Tottenham from the lane from the lane.

2011-12-17 01:03:16 PM
Torres can't even get in the starting 11 against Wigan. AVB must really not like him. How's that going to Chelsea to win trophies working out for you Fernando?

/not bitter
//likes Suarez and his diving teeth better
///But not Andy Carroll

2011-12-17 01:12:46 PM
With the amount of money Torres is getting paid, I'm sure he doesn't mind benchwarming too much.

2011-12-17 01:13:50 PM
Oooh, that could have been handball. You could certainly make a case for it.
