Anchor Bay!? Shiat, I hadn't heard that name since I was a horror movie aficionado ten or fifteen years ago. Still have their double-VHS tapes of the special edition of Halloween.

As enjoyable as that teenage nostalgia feeling is for me, I'm pretty sure Seagal was mostly washed up even then.

In the early days of TV on DVD, Anchor Bay was putting out some good stuff that they had licensed from other companies.

Then, the whole TV on DVD thing seemed to go tits-up for them, and they really don't do much of anything in that area anymore.

So can we expect 100 different versions of the movie, like with Army of Darkness!

In college i worked at a mailbox place and some Anchor Bay lady had a box there. They sent her dvds all the time for promotional shiat or w/e and she let me keep a lot of it. My closet is still filled with many seasons of Xena, Hercules and Highlander that I never got around to ebaying. Also she knew I liked Bruce Campbell so one day she just rolled into work with an AOD dvd she got him to sign. Nice lady. Anyway Im looking forward to this as I do with all Stone Colds. Hopefully its half as good as Damage.

For those of you who arent familiar with Damage, it starred Stone Cold as a paroled killer who becomes an underground cage fighter to pay for a lifesaving operation for the daughter of the man he killed

Personally I would've gone with "biatches Behind Bars," but that title's probably taken.

Steve Austin? Astronaut? A man barely alive?

Will we get a young Katherine Heigl to play his daughter?

They tried to rebuild him, but they never got the neck and knees to work properly again.

As long as Seagal teaches Austin Powers to do a crane kick to a bad guys face, ill watch it.

As long as every kill scene has Austin delivering a Stunner then chugging two beers over his lifeless victim then I'm in.

"Assault on Precinct 13" remake...

Steve Austin should really rethink the whole acting thing. He's perfectly capable of wrestling for at least two years. He said so himself. If he had tried the acting thing back when he was popular it may have worked. Oh, wait, he kind of did. I guess having Nash Bridges on your resume isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Oh shiat, that's the movie with Shane from "The Shield", right? Where he plays his manager or something that bets on the fights, and he has the crazy hot girlfriend? They were playing that in the barbershop I was at couple of weeks ago. After I got my cut, I hung around to watch the rest of the movie. It's actually a surprisingly decent movie, and Austin isn't all "Stone Cold" in it. He's pretty reserved, except for, you know, the parts where he's beating up dudes within an inch of their lives.

He's almost 50. If he can get a good payday from a B-Movie, good for him.

Now, granted, we'd all like to see him in one last match, but he's too old and too beaten up to go back to it fulltime.

Better to leave us with the memory of Stone Cold instead of him becoming the next Sting or Hulk Hogan or Ric Flair.

Not a TERRIBLE movie, but certainly not Oscar-winning.

No, he said himself that he could get two more good years out of himself. This was just last year at the latest. He still has it in him. Austin isn't the type to outstay his welcome. He's been able to wrestle for quite a few years now he just chose to stick with acting. One last match against CM Punk would be pretty good as long as he brought out the Stunning.
