If Xanax is the same as weed, they pulled a bait-and-switch on me at the pharmacy. Anyway, if she's already on methadone, it wouldn't take much Xanax to ease the stress of her oh-so-rough life, not to mention lightening the mental burden of giving a flying fark about her daughter's safety.
Who knows, maybe she's one of the many addicts on methadone maintenance who is given a far higher dose of methadone than necessary, leaving her constantly strung out. Why? Because no matter where the funding is coming from, more addicts coming in means more money for the clinic. I've seen more successes quitting cold turkey than with methadone.

I don't expect farkers to be nice, but since they are generally cerebral narcissists, I don't expect them to jump to conclusions.
