As a lifelong ardent fan of Clint Eastwood, let me be the first to say, "F*ck you, Clint Eastwood."

I remember when his wife was just a news anchor in Monterey, CA.

Waah, wah, WAH!

2011-12-16 08:23:07 AM
In the end a cameraman will be shot.

Thank god this article wasn't about Clint making a sex tape with Clyde.

Aw shiat. The Mayans were right. Well, time to stop worrying about funding a retirement or paying for college for the kids.

FTA: "After his recent film J. Edgar fell short of expectations critically and commercially, it could be a depressing new career for him."

Um, doubt it. Eastwood scored the Stanley Kubrick deal at Warner Bros., where he can get any movie he wants made with no interference, as long as the budget isn't too high.

This is likely a cash grab for his family, since Clint may not have too many years left.

I doubt its a cash grab. He's worth close to a half a billion dollars.

...I am so disappointed in him.

I would say it is a publicity grab since Clint realizes the rest of his family are as talentless as the kardashians.

And he's got other adult children that will likely latch onto most of it. I'm sure his first son has a hand in for a large chunk of it, since he works on a lot of Clint's movies. Dude's been divorced so many times, I wouldn't put it past him not to will much to his spouse.

You have to remember, this is his second family.

He's been divorced only once, still married to the second wife. He did like to fark around and make babies, though.

This is true. But a half billion dollars.....I'd say that's plenty to go around.

I think so too, but rich people can be pretty horrible on the subject of inheritance.

Now this is depressing. Say it ain't so, Clint. What would Walter from Gran Torino say?

2011-12-16 10:03:54 AM
From the article I doubt that Clint will be in very many of the episodes. It looks like it's mostly the rest of the family profiting from the name.

Every episode will end in a still shot & some tinny jazz number

This is worse than Bridges of Madison County.

Why, Clint? Why?

Doesn't he have about eight or nine various illegitimate children from several relationships?
.

Clint I am dissappoint. Sadly I will probably watch a few episodes of this just to see him growl at his daughters. Hopefully he will smack the shiat out of the broads in his house to all old man styley.

QUIT BRINGING UP THOSE TWUNTS

2011-12-16 02:59:08 PM
The article is very disengenuous. He's not even remotely 'starring' in a reality show. The rest of his family is. He isn't.

They did say he would make 'a few cameos'.

I'd be willing to bet he's neither violent nor angry.

After his recent film J. Edgar fell short of expectations critically and commercially, it could be a depressing new career for him.

That means no kissie or huggie from the dudes in the flick.

Also:

I remember when his wife was just a news anchor in Monterey, CA.

Yeah, and she is a hot Latin-Ass. Takes after John who also farked Latin-asses.

Don't hate on Clint Eastwood. He's clearly gone senile to make such a decision. Hate on the family, who have decided that rather than follow Nancy Reagan's example and shielding her husband during his decline, they would rather broadcast the mental decline of an icon for a quick buck.

Maybe he thinks he is.

Wookieorangutan, at his age it might be difficult to tell the difference.

Careful there.. I see him pretty regularly around the area and I assure you that he is neither senile nor doddering, and I would go so far as to say he's still in shape. He looks good for his age, but he looks his age nonetheless and that's OK . He's in his 80's afterall.

Rest assured, the rumors are true..He is really, really nice and extremely down to earth. Perhaps its why he lives here, everyone just treats them like neighbors. You can often find the whole Eastwood harem at the movie theater DIna, Francis and a whole lot of kids.

True story: while waiting for our order I was smoking pot behind the Hog's Breath when Clint come walking buy stops and says "hey guys can you (points) do me a favor and smoke that over there. He was very cool about it.
