Well, since the article failed to mention if she was the union representative or a lead teacher of some kind, yeah, she should have minded her own business. If she holds any kind of position of authority (and teachers do not have authority over each other), then she did what she was supposed to. Having attended staff meetings and also enjoyed skipping them, I sympathize a little with the stabby person. Those things will make anyone feel stabby. I never attended a staff meeting that wasn't a complete waste of time.
