good for him. If those 70 people are his entire audience, then he's in trouble, bit if that's 70 out of 1000 people, then screw them, there are other artists they can listen to. He can't please everyone.

/his wife's still hot.

Who the fark goes to see a farking singer live who doesn't already farking know that he farking swears a lot?

Go for it, kiddo!
Given the chance, I would have told flyover state audiences to `suck it' while shaking my naked Jim Bean in their uptight fat faces!

You know, I never really heard much about this guy until very recently. While I don't really care for his music at all, it really does seem like it would be fun to go out drinking with him.

I have been listening to Buble for a couple of years and his salty language was news to me until I saw a video of him last week.

/would not pay to see him sing though

His music? : )

I really can't stand that type of pop jazz, but he seems like a fairly likable guy and he's right... If these folks can't take a little swearing or suggestive humor, screw 'em.

Yeah, I like his voice but the style is really derivative and he doesn't do much to make it his own.

Queen Latifah on the other hand? I could listen to her do standards all day long.

Haven't heard Latifah sing any standards... Honestly, pop music, in general, isn't really my thing and you couldn't fill up a thimble with what I know about it.

I guess I still hold onto many of the musical prejudices I developed as an angry little hardcore punk, though I have expanded my musical tastes into other genres as I've gotten older. Just not Pop, I suppose.

Even those old songs were 'suggestive' for their day.

His chick-flick-opening-credits style of music. Everything else he does apart from his "music" is moot.

/Thanks subby, for the farking earworm.

Of course they were... Music has been the prelude to getting it on since some cavemen started bashing each others' feet with rocks.

You might want to check out The Dana Owens Album (her real name) and Trav'lin' Light .

Check out "I Want a Little Sugar in My Bowl" from Trav'lin' Light if you want suggestive! Background sounds like the music from the Cialis commercial.

I dunno, sounds like he could please everyone if he stopped swearing on stage. Seems like it would be pretty easy to do, unless the song is called "**** My ****s, You ****ing *****". Which it might very well be for all I know, I've never heard any of his stuff.

I don't see how they could call themselves fans and not know he curses a lot. I can't tolerate his music for more than 10 seconds and I know that.

I saw him on some reality show about some shiatty casino a few years ago and knew right then he was capitalizing on Frank Sinatra's songs.

He was the lame act they hired to headline for their shows. I

I'll never understand why he's successful. His music is boring, his voice is generic and he's not an attractive man. If he had any of those things going for him I would understand. I feel like I'm in some sort of twilight zone episode where I'm the only person on the planet who realizes this.

Wait, what?

I had to do a bit of googling to find out you're not just messing w/ us. She has a wonderful voice. I love her to death...big, beautiful, sassy soul sista.

I would love to try and hang on for 8 seconds with her.

Ahem, back to Buble. I wonder how long it will take to reach peak Buble? His stock seems to be rising on Fark. When will the collective start hating him?

Never underestimate the over 50 crowd.

I figured out that he swore regularly when someone posted that video last week. Anyone who says "Holy Sh*tballs!" doesn't just randomly pull it out of the air.

I only listen to him because I like his voice. He's good background music for driving, reading, housework, or working on my computer or my car.

/DLing his Christmas album now for the drive to GF's family's Xmas Eve dinner in Glen Ellen
//mixing it with Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas stuff, Trans Siberian Orchestra, and A Very Twisted Christmas by Twisted Sister
