On the other hand, "Military Bowl -- Pres. By Northrop Grumman" is pretty much the perfect way to go about sponsorship.

I miss the Poulan Weed-Eater Independence Bowl. The stadium it was played in really made it live up to being the Weed-Eater Bowl.

If I ever stop being lazy, I am going to start a harassment campaign of these farking sponsors. Calling, emailing, and snail mailing them letting them know I am not buying their products because I am tired of their absurd company names ruining the pride and tradition of these bowls. Capital One Bowl? Cool. It fits. Beef O' Brady's? Yeah, no.

I also had some mild interest in the Bankers Scamming the Fed Bowl, sponsored by Goldman-Sachs, but then I found out it was just the Harvard-Yale game.
