Wasn't he arrested during filming of the first "Hulk" movie? He wore his hair that way for the movie, I always assumed that it was a minor coincidence. He was high, but his hair looked like that either way.

I can pull up several of mine online. At least in Florida, they are part of the commons. You don't get to hide them. So what gives?
