czmilosz: DingleberryMoose: Ignoring this thread has done much to improve my productivity. Shelves in brewspace almost complete.

I need to put the cabinets in the kitchen downstairs. Then, I can finally have my own brewspace. Gonna go with heatsticks this time.

Somebody put a toilet and shower in the utility room of the house before we bought it so they could say it was a 2 bathroom house. When I converted the garage and added a master bedroom, I took out the potty and put in a big laundry sink. I'm putting shelves in the closet. Makes it easy to cleanup if you have a spill. 33" deep, 46" wide makes for lots of space. Four shelves for bottles, one for fermenting. I should be able to get as much as 40 gallons going at once if I want to. I usually go with one batch at a time, though. I don't drink more than a couple or three a week and give away more than I drink.

/Irish red ale and blonde honey rye ale seem to be everyone's favorites
//not enough time for all grain, only do extract or partial mash
///got 5 gallons of all Amarillo hops amber ale ready to bottle

Same as me.

I'm putting in a deep well sink in a corner cabinet. I wanted to do a utility/laundry sink, but the wife said it had to go in the cabinet.

Only thing wrong with that image: It doesn't take a week for your sense of smell and taste to come back. As someone who has quit smoking 3 times, most recently over half a decade ago and for good, I can tell you that on DAY ONE you smell things differently.

I assume that's including your nicotine-soaked self, which must come as a bit of a shock and also a better understanding of why non-smokers don't want to be near you...

Don't gripe if she lets you brew without fussing about it. I do boils on the kitchen stove. Mrs. Moose helps brew and bottle, and she doesn't even drink beer.

I am simultaneously aroused and frightened. If your intention was to disturb others, you have succeeded brilliantly.
