People probably should not be looking at animal behavior as a moral compass in any case. What penguins do should not validate or invalidate what anyone does in the bedroom.

some States do ban humans having sex with animals....... Not that having sex with an animal is gay but when a horses dong extends in [not for the faint of rectum].

/sex is such a major sin, since that god thingy is supposed to create more people from ribs anyways.

True, but these specific "gay" penguins were not sexual with each other. They were never gay to begin with. Like the last "gay" penguins, they exhibited their standard instinctive behavior related to pairing and nesting, but were not actually in a sexual relationship.

I'm not sure why, with all the legitimate examples of homosexuality among animals, people are so obsessed with the idea penguins can be gay.

And it is clear why, too. Those farking lions are as annoying as fark! Have you ever been to Wal-Mart, where if you survive being run over by Planetoidy McTubofgoo in his cart, you get to enjoy the din of 3,000 annoying kids screaming bloody murder to their mom who is conveniently less than 2 feet away, and who ignores them totally, because, hey, that screaming doesn't bother her.

Gay is an evolutionary dead end on the individual scale. It makes sense in a safe environment, but when you're out there in nature and could be eaten at any time when a female is ready the male has to impregnate her or the species as a whole will suffer. But hey, play's play. I'd bet good money that most animals that enjoy sex are never gay or straight all the way. They're probably mostly poly, if anything.

I mean, did you see that chimp that farked the frog? He farked a frog! You're tellin' me he wouldn't be into more vanilla stuff? Pfft! And dogs? Dogs will hump anything, including throw pillows, your leg, other dogs, and John Leguzamo's voice.
