Not to mention that there are other differences in body build like hip and shoulder width. You can have a woman who is at or close to 200 pounds and have her look quite nice if we are talking about somebody who is over 6 feet tall and is well proportioned.

They same gos for guys. Look at some football players and weight lifters. Going purely by the numbers on paper many of them are considered obese yet they are built so solid with muscle that if you try punching them the result is you have an injured hand/wrist and they are wondering where that mosquito came from. You can have somebody that is 300+ pounds and well proportioned, tall, and muscular OR you can have somebody that is short, fat, and approximately spheroid.
