I think I remember reading that it wasn't actually Brooke Shields' tits in Blue Lagoon. It was her in Pretty Baby, though.

Yeah there was a lot of "they superimposed Brooke Shield's head on a body double's body so she wasn't really naked" talk at the time.

It was her naked. Of course there were some scenes where they used a body double but they didn't superimpose Brooke Shield's head on another person's body as was so often claimed.

As far as I can remember, there is only one tit shot in the entire movie, and you don't see the head, and that was indeed a body double. All the other shots, it really is Brooke, but her hair is always strategically placed, and you don't really see nips.

And yes I know all this because in my days there was no cable or Internets, and these movies was all we had to fap to. (And Sears catalog)
