Malwarebytes and go to bleepingcomputer.com. Even windows technet sends you there to get rid of it.

I have malwarebytes but it keeps crashing at 6min 41 sec. Virus locked down my browsers

Can you recover to a recent restore point? I actually had to do that on two computers even though I could run Malwarebytes and the tools at bleepingcomputer.com. There is an executable you can find there that stops the virus process so you can run the tools. Sorry, they are a mother to get rid of. Restoring to a recent restore point is the easiest and most certain way. Hopefully you have a separate admin account to do that...
