It occurs to me, that in the light of that statement, that it might just be possible that folks did in fact know exactly what the choices were and made their decision accordingly.

I love his Florida-esque grifter facial hair. To be fair though, who amongst us hasn't been busted by cops for underage drinking and then trying to run. I jumped over more back fences in college during parties than I can remember.

I'll take a politican who buys alcohol underage, is drunk in public, resists arrest, and provides false ID over one accepts bribes, steals government funds, and overall brings actual disrespect to the office.

I wonder if the police would have been asking for ID or trying to arrest if he hadn't been under 21 ie., are all of his crimes related to the 21 drinking age?

The first criminal charge Bower will have to defend is from July 10, when he was accused of going to his ex-girlfriend's house in Macungie and throwing bricks and rocks at it, police said.

Officers tried multiple times to take him into custody, but Bower left and returned to the property three times, each time throwing rocks at the house and at a car, according to a complaint filed in district court in Emmaus. He was charged with loitering and prowling at night, and stalking, both misdemeanors, and four summary offenses - harassment, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass - court records say. His next scheduled court appearance is Jan. 4.
