Ugh, not a good game for Cincy today. This team is one of the biggest disappointments in the past 5 years. After a good run in the tournament, there were high hopes for the team. Good recruiting class, didn't lose anyone big last year; it seemed like they should have a good season.

This fight is basically just the icing on the shiatcake that has been the 2011-2012 season. Losses to Presbyterian (WTF?!) and Marshall both sucked. Now, they get blown out on National TV against the cross-town #8 team in the country. Just really unbelievable how this season has turned out so far.

Very frustrating that Yancy Gates is the main perpetrator in this too. Gates has a crazy amount of natural talent, unfortunately he's a moron with no work ethic. It sucks that his UC basketball career may be over after today; he really could've been one of the best.

And refs circle the hockey fight watching carefully. Generally once one guy goes down, or if it goes on too long, the refs break it up and play resumes. No chests thumped, no panties twisted.
