and that's why currywurst was 2 out of 3 meals a day when I was in Germany.
Arguably there should be a better tern since it's not race but nationality and culture that is being derided, but "that's bigoted" is nonspecific and "that's culturalist" or "That's provincialist" would simply confuse the reader.
