There are 3 separate charges, the possession with intent is for the heroin.

It looks like they are referring to the heroin on the intent to distribute charge. Possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of marijuana. The bail seems awfully low for someone with 33 bags of heroin but it would have also helped if they noted the weight of the "bags". IE: Were they separated in bags of 1/10th a gram?

This is why I dont drive on opiods anymore. It's very horrifying when I try to do everything in my power to stay up after binging on promethazine and Oxys, only to black out for four seconds at a time on interstate traffic. Surely the guy knew he had many charges lined up against him were he to get caught, yet that still didn't stop him from blacking out (sleeping) in his vehicle. Opiates/opiods are helluva drug.

@WildManBand I wonder if Provigil / Nuvigil would help with that problem. I have a sleep disorder and was prescribed it to help me with daytime sleepiness since I'd nod off constantly at work.
