Modern Warfare was the best 22 minutes of TV I have ever seen.

The only thing that could have made it better was expanding it to a 44 minute show and filling the extra 22 minutes with sex scenes starting Britta, Annie, and Britta/Annie.

They made a completely understandable and harmless mistake to the show?

Word is that Annie's Santa suit is something to behold. And Britta does another memorable dance.

Dear NBC,

You suck wet farts from the assholes of dead chickens for doing this to Community.

Signed,

AOP

Also, show's episode order hasn't been cut (yet) and the show is still in production, so there will still be some more episode made, for sure.

Fark was the place that turned me on to the show. Bought the first season and finished most of it 1 sitting. Then ran out and got Season 2 immediately after finishing the first. The season 1 halloween show kept me hooked, Advanced Dungeons and Dragons convinced me it was something special. I feel bad though since I can't watch it when it airs. I have to catch it on Hulu or get it on DVD.

Thread could use a little more Alison Brie.

NBC execs struck a Faustian bargain with Whitney Cummings to keep her show on the air instead is why.

Its not technically cancelled. NBC pulled it off the schedule and they still have half of season left in the can. They could bring it back in the spring.

Funny thing about the descriptions in the list:
The writer makes the shows seem much better than they actually were.

I dunno. I reckon the Anti NBC outrage buys it a season 4. After that, unlikley.

Same thing happened to get Arrested Development season 3.

You know, every time I see Alison Brie, I wonder why a network with her on its show wouldn't have her in every ad, all day long, preferably in that cheerleader outfit, or in a sheer white t-shirt soaked with cold jello and vaseline.

I have been watching this one episode for 2 hours. I keep rewinding it for this rap alone.

Bullshiat. There's no way in hell NBC doesn't air episodes that are already done and already paid for. They haven't shut down production. They didn't cut the number of episodes in the season.

The show isn't dead yet. It may not get a fourth season (which would be a HUGE letdown), but the episode that aired tonight is absolutely NOT the final one NBC will show.

On the one hand, I will hate NBC if they end Community prematurely. On the other hand, Parks and Rec is still good.

It's pretty amazing how over the past five years, NBC has had the overwhelming majority of great TV comedies, and perhaps all great TV shows, on networks - and they still farking suck.

In fact, word around the 'net entertainment dirt sheets is that Community only needs one more full season to have enough episodes for Syndication, which is where NBC/Universal will earn shiatloads of money on the show.

Odds are it will get one more season, because if it doesn't, the entire series has been just a colossal waste of money.

Dear NBC,

Suck my farking dick for farking over Community, and the possibility of canceling the show over that coont show Whitney. WTF is wrong with you? Are you guys trying to have the record for longest running fail in the history of the world? How the fark am I suppose to my fantasies of switching teams for a 3-way with Britta and Annie? farking assholes you are.

Sincerely,

Actually it won't which is part of the problem. Community is produced by Sony, not NBC. They pay for the shows and then sell them to NBC. Sony will get the syndication money, not NBC. So the fact that NBC won't get a payoff if the show stays on long enough and doesn't show strong ratings-wise is probably why NBC isn't interested in keeping it around when they can push crap they produce themselves.

Hm. I was under the impression it was a Universal show.

Well, I suppose there's always the chance of a straight to syndication season to fill out the run. Community can't cost that much to produce, the sets are already built, the crew is already assembled, and the eventual syndication money would probably be worth eating the cost of a season of the show.
