Our grand opening is on the 18th of this month. I want to see how everything goes over first, though I'll probably shoot myself if we get bad reviews. We've put a lot of work into this place.

No, the bosses want something "classy", but they're a bunch of club owners, so that could mean a lot of things.

Yeah, the place is pretty big, but the kitchen's still pretty small. I'm really efficiency-minded, so I'm sure as long as the menu's not over-ambitious, we'll be able to get the food out in a decent speed. The place used to be "Cagney's" and "The Pitch". It's a split level with 3 bars.

Kuma's is great. But a pain in the ass to get a seat each time though. I usually just go further up north to Bad Apple on Lincoln Ave
