I missed the game, but did emerge from writing in the basement of Miller Hall in time to see packs of female students walking home after the game...so I guess double win?

I still hate Duke after the overtime loss back in the regional finals in 1992 (almost 20 years ago). Even though Kentucky beat Duke in another regional final back in 1998 after being down around 17 points. When Kentucky lost to Duke in OT it was really heart wrenching. 4/5 starters were Seniors that stuck with the program after Eddie Sutton ran in it into the ground. Those guys had their numbers retired. The No Names! Also, I went to high school with Deron Feldaus and was proud of him and my hometown. Since then, my hometown has put out Chris Lofton and Darius Miller.

They game was a blast. My brother was complaining about how there are no 3 ball shooters in college (he never watches NCAA basketball) and pretty much shut up after the first half.

I think they were all too stunned. Probably assumed that shot was taken with just a couple of seconds left and after the block none of them even moved.

Absolutely can't wait for the New Years Eve game.

That was the best game I've been to in awhile. Can't wait for the UL game. Don't expect it to be as close though. UNC is actually a good team. UK by 10.

HardRocker488: I was at the game. It was probably the loudest I've ever heard Rupp, especially when Davis got that block.

I'm a UK fan but it kinda sucks that UNC is going to drop after that game. They played hard on the road against the #1 team in the country and lost by 1 point. The only other team I might put in front of them is Ohio State. Still, at least this isn't college football and losing doesn't put them out of the title picture.

Watching on Tv the arena seemed quiet a lot in second half until about 6-7 minutes left. Need more students down low.
