Mugato: Why under 30?

No jobs, in this economy.

Anyway, I used to think Fark was the epitome of internet time-wastage... then someone showed me Reddit. It's like a giant black hole. Then there's TV Tropes, god help us all.

Since when is watching porn a waste of time?

2011-12-03 08:19:26 AM
I wonder how much of that time was people using their smart phones while taking a dump.

As opposed to the 1960's, when people turned on the television with purpose.

What is new about people using technology to kill time?

Gen Xer's and Boomers don't consider telling the world about fartbongo's socialist takeover on every internet forum "wasting time." It's their life's work.

I prefer to think of it as being on a mission from God and George Washington.

I think of it as more of a time filler than a time waster.

I don't consider supporting the latest in transexual technologies from Brazil as a "waste", subby.

This can't be true at all. I'm not under 30, I'm exactly 30.

It is true about those in their 40s, too.

Meh...I'm 50 and I waste shiatloads of time on the internet.

Of course, I was wasting time on the net before all this www hyperlink crap started.

I've wasted hours on Kingdom Rush, Antbuster and Bloody Fun Day.

yeah, no shiat. I waste less time than a lot of people--barely watch TV or movies, not a gamer, and am chronically hyperactive, so I'm usually doing something--but I waste a lot of time on the internet and Fark. And is it really wasted if you're learning things?

I too waste my time on the internet by clicking repeats from yesterday

No Such Agency: No jobs, in this economy.

Actually, American companies moving all their factories, call centers, and whatnot to 3rd world countries is considered good for the economy, because they spend less and make more.

It's great for the GDP, but not so great for US citizens.

You are over 30, then, or happy birthday right... Now! I thought it was impossible to truly multi-task; your focus quickly toggles between tasks.

Everything we do is to waste time. From the moment we're born we're tasked to find ways to fill the void of our existence with meaningless shiat.

This is why I drink.

At the very least, couldn't it be considered multitasking?

Hardly a waste of time.
