Hahahaha. Also, not really. Lots of sites still have lots of customer service. Sites like Facebook just have waaaaaaaaay too high a ration of stupid dumb retard questions to actual employees. Their actual customer service line would be 24 hours of "OMG HOW DO I SHOT FARMVILLE" and "I HATE THE NEW DESIGN CAN I CHANGE IT BACK OR I WILL DEMAND A REFUND"
