You meant "during", not "throughout", unless they were tweens for the entire ten years of the decade, because throughout means "for the entire time period" not "for some subset of the time period".

To be fair to Ishkur, my correction was not exactly "thoughtful." I Inigo Montoya'd the guy. It's a pretty smartassed way to correct someone's incorrect usage of a word. But this is Fark, and it was only a minor mistake, so I thought a good, large-font Inigo-ing might bring some humor to the slip.
