Unless you're assuming that the normal response to seeing a hooker is trying to rape them, I fail to see what that has to do with what the OP said.

It falls into the realm of "just because you have a right to do something doesn't mean you have a right to be free of the consequences". Derision is one of the typical consequences of dressing in a highly unusual and provocative manner. People seeing exposed jiggly bits - including people intentionally look at that - is another consequence of exposing one's jiggly bits. There's nothing unfair or untoward about that and it has nothing to do with rape. If I walked around with my dick hanging out the front of my pants, I wouldn't whine because people looked at it anymore than if they looked at my ankles while I was wearing sandals.

Getting made fun of or looked at doesn't violate your rights. Getting raped does. Important distinction.
