One, yeah, the guy was totally unimpressed or shocked by it.

Two, a better thing would be to be dressed as an enemy character from the game they were just playing before they zonked out... that would probably freak them out a lot more to be woken up and seeing that.

That was stupid. I'm sure the guy did not even see the costumes the people were in. I'd be more pissed that I was being dragged around the room. Scaring people like this requires waking them up so they open their eyes and see what's going on.

If you view the actual video it only has 300 or so views... About half likes, half dislikes... I think that perhaps this may be subby's video or subby's friend's video... Either way, it's horrible. Really horrible.

Agreed, that was a horrible attempt at comedy.
You can't phase a gamer who is in sleep mode after pulling an all nighter. They are lucky the guy didn't snap. Also, judging from the group in the hall this is probably a more common occurrence than they are letting on. I have a feeling they were actually just trying to play off their sexual fantasies as a prank. The fellatio and cuddling references gave it away.

too bad the guys in the costumes don't know anything about what is scary.

It would have been much scarier for the guy in the bunny costume to slip in the room unnoticed and sit down somewhere in the corner of the hotel room and wait patiently for the sleeping guy to wake up on his own. Allow the sleepy guy to see the rabbit, don't force it. Subtle disruption is much more terrifying than old fashioned grab and scare tactics.
