Pfftt, pansies. When I was young, all we had were rats, that our humanities teacher, Ms. Chumley, would heel with her stilettos in a shower stall, only partially naked. THEN we were allowed to eat them. That was government subsidized lunches. Kids pampered too much these days.

Law school is designed to be stressful and competitive - professors are preparing students to work long hours for demanding bosses at large firms.

AHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH NO. Law school teaches you nothing about being a lawyer, It doesn't even teach you to "think like a lawyer." It teaches you to be a pedantic asshat that will waste clients' and/or judges' time.

At Seton Hall Law, in Newark, NJ, we could go outside and relax by watching the homeless beg for change. Kinda similar, I guess.

One time after doing a clinic at the local courthouse, I tried to go to the local Starbucks, but it was busy being robbed. Dude inside had a sawed off, and cops were surrounding the place to take him down.
