Picked up by the Bears. Book it. Done.

He needs to cut back on that slow motion potion before he tries out for the NFL.

That almost killed me, I am a die hard bucs fan and want no part of that fat POS on my team.

I see no buckles here, subby. Must be on the back...

JaMarcus should join whatever indoor league Jared Lorenzen was playing for. The fattest matchup of QBs in football history.

Jawalrus was a tremendous gift to Raiders fans, in the sense that every QB in the future, no matter how bad, will at least not be Jawalrus.

At least we know how many cheeseburgers $32 million can buy now.

So he goes from the silver and black to the silver and purple. It figures.

Poor Swashbucklers. What did they ever do to deserve that bastard?

He must have heard that all Swashbucklers get 50% off on cheeseburgers sold in the arena.

Yep, he does love some purple (drank).

Well, the Bucs did claim Haynesworth off the waiver wire. So there's at least precedent to sign useless lazy tubs of lard in Tampa Bay.

And what's a Swatchbuckler?

If he could only understand that he will have to work hard, both physically and mentally, he could make a pretty decent quarterback.

He just went into the pros either thinking he had all the talent needed, no work required, or thinking he already got his paycheck, nothing else needed.

You can get a job putting these on people in Louisiana? The south is weird.

Plus he developed an opiate addiction which is completely counterproductive if you are any type of pro athlete.

McNabb and JaWalrus floating around looking for a team, what a drop in quality.

Get healthy soon, Manning, Cutler, Schuab, Campbell, Cassel, Kolb, Vick, Henne, Garrard and lets put Stafford on here just because he's due.

That is the most accurate statement I have read on here in a long, long time...I have never seen anyone so farking lazy paid so much money. Bless his fat, lazy, addicted heart...

The who?

God I love the nickname JaWalrus.

It's funny because it's true.

Serious Black: God I love the nickname JaWalrus.

Never heard it before; I must be too sheltered. I laughed out loud reading it.

Do you think he's "ok" with how things turned out, because he has the money now - or does he wish he could do it over again the right way?

There was an interview with him a few months back, and you'd expect him to say things like "I messed up, I know I made mistakes and I want to earn a second chance" but instead he blamed everyone else but himself.

That's not fair.

...He also blamed sleep apnea.

Oh, God, it's in one of those Arena Football League-knockoffs. -_-

It's probably for the best. A 50-yd field probably reduces his risk for a heart attack.

Curiosity: How much money does the starting quarterback make in indoor football? If Jawalrus actually wanted to play 'real' football, admittedly at a slightly lower level*, he should send his resume and game films to teams in the CFL.
Starting QB's up here make $200k -$400k approximately**. He could, potentially, make a team here and have a nice career..... There is no guarantee that an NFL castoff would automatically be a star here (look up Chet Lemon) but there's a chance....

* CFL : NFL = AHL : NHL or AAA : MLB

** Team Salary cap in the CFL is approx $4.25 million. Yes, the salary of one decent NFL running back.

Still love my CFL football
