Because education is outlined in the constitution as a power granted to the federal government?

Lanctwa: Because education is outlined in the constitution as a power granted to the federal government?

Air travel is controlled by the federal government. I don't see any mentions of airplanes in the Constitution. Radio and television broadcasts are controlled by the government. I don't see any mention of magic talking picture boxes in the Constitution.

The point is, the fact that it wasn't written in the Constitution doesn't anything. The elastic clause exists for a reason.

In related news, another woman has come forward describing the candidate as "her main Cain".

What public schools are run by the Federal government (excepting those outside jurisdiction of a state)?

Air travel and Radio/TV broadcasts permeate across state lines, hence the interstate commerce clause would apply.

Well, at least they didn't use a picture of Forest Whittaker.

But we and MSM still have to pretend this is a serious campaign for President.

And not a flying fark was given because this guy will never be President now. Welcome to the big tent, Herb.

Not so CSB...

When I was in third grade I noticed a classmate spelled his last name wrong on an assignment. I pointed it out to my teacher and she got all mad at me because I wasn't supposed to question however the hell that guy was supposed to spell his own family's last name. Years later it still strikes me pretty silly from this teacher to throw a fit over that.

This is nothing--his first presidential run announcement was for the "2010 Elections". wish I had kept a screen capture of it before it wuz fixed. It was on some website or other of his that I can't google up anymore, looks like it's been replaced with the much slicker campaign site.

So his name isn't spelled Spermin' Came?

...whereas stupidity and ignorance never leak outside the borders of the state that fosters them, fortunately for the rest of us.
