Actually, yes it is .... National Socialism, is Socialism applied economically and socially to members of the nation, which in Hitlers case meant Aryans. (Specifically those of German Heritage.) Socailists since the end of the war have tried to separate National Socialism, from what was once called International Socialism (Socialism as applied to the broader world, and all cultures.)

In the case of the NSDAP and Nazi Germany they found quickly that pure Socialism (economically speaking) didn't work, and almost immediately began capitalist reforms. But by and large, the system was mostly a Socialist economy, with limited free enterprise.
