As someone who was homeschooled, don't even joke about that. That's a very sore spot in my childhood.

That same day NICHE contacted the Bachmann Campaign and instructed them to cease any further use of the NICHE list, to which they immediately took the necessary corrective actions to correct the situation.

They then went on to assure everyone that those responsible for sacking the people who have just been sacked have been sacked.

We still have to pay taxes for them, so i don't see what the problem is. Teacher pupil ratios are already through the roof in most districts, so you would think they would appreciate having a few less kids in their classrooms. Instead, every time i had to deal with the public school administration in my area it was like pulling teeth; we had to threaten legal action just to get them to sign of on a work permit.

Pretty sure it got either deleted or moved to TF only. Short story is some farker said "I was homeschooled, and I came out fine. Look at my hot wife!" with aforementioned toothy picture. Suffice it to say, farkers are not nice people, and dude's wife got ridiculed like no one's business, with the photoshops, and the insults and the Glaven. Pretty sure people got banned for posting her pic shopped onto a horse's body and shiat like that in the ensuing months.

The books that I've seen that are used by Christian home schoolers are farking terrifying. Especially the "science" books.

Do you mean the ones that are being offered or the ones actually being used?

It's homeschooling there's not exactly rigid rules in regards to curriculum or study times

I think she knows, he was still around on Tfark the last time I was over there. He also used to be on facebook but i think he said something that ticked off his wife while he was drunk.

So if one candidate does something of questionable ethics/legality, the others have to be offered the chance to do the same questionably ethical/legal thing? WTF kind of nonsense is that?

As a homeschooling parent I'd like to say the following:

Many of us are liberal, non-Christians who simply feel like we can give our children a better education than the schools.

In suburban areas, homeschoolers get together often for play as children...as teens, more to "hang out"...

We pay taxes that support the public schools. If we want to wet our bills from time to time, don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

A lot of bigots when it comes to conceptions about home-schooling...

They got paid by Bachmann's campaign for the use and they would like to give everyone else a chance to pay them, too. Because they value your privacy unless someone else is ponying up some cash.

More like "equal time" election requirements. Same reason people thought Al Franken was illegally getting more campaign exposure because he was on TV. I like your sense of outrage, but you should really get some facts before getting all outragey.
