Was that sarcasm? Cause they do get out all the time. Cambridge and Guernsey county (next to Zanesville) had wildcat sightings in people's backyards all summer.

Well if this happens then the "I'm moving to Ohio so that I can keep my 'cats'" demographic will disappear from my family's real estate business.

That turd of a Governor just cost himself an re-election for allowing these poor animals to be killed.

Like clockwork, the idiots-in-charge make things worse for the many because of the actions of a few.

GOOD. Exotic pets ought to be illegal. Yes, even the cute ones that we might like to own.

Let me set you farkers straight. It's easy to sit on your arses and judge what happened in my home state. You have an average American Midwest town, with the usual equipment to handle law and order, not to hunt big game. You had several wild animals loose, no proper means to sedate them (it's Ohio dammit, not the farking Serengeti). You have innocent people on the street and kids getting out of school. Those cops didn't have time to wait for the nearest damn zoo (and the nearest zoo isn't that near) to supply them with tranquilizers to take down big game. And they SHOULDN'T have to deal with big game because exotic and dangerous animals belong in the wild or in a zoo, not kept at pets (where the owner can go ape sh*t and decides to let them free before he offs himself). The law enforcement couldn't take a chance on people being attacked, they had to make quick decisions. And for you animal lovers, those "poor" animals" are still predators and the will take a bite out of your PETA arse if they get the chance. That's what wild animals do. It's easy to take pot shots at my home state and the law enforcers involved in this incident when you're not in their shoes. Last but not least, our so-called 'turd' of a Governor didn't 'allow' anything you dumb bastard. The local police made the decision to put down those animals, dumb ass. As for giving my home state of Ohio it's own tag, all of the rest of the 49 states can bend down and take a bite out of my big buckeye ass.

Right? I just mentioned this to a friend...we had the wild animals thing, the rogue Amish beard bandits, and now the Craigslist human hunter in Akron. Bizarre couple of months....
