I remember reading that comic book at a verrry young age. I recall learning that Superman didn't get zapped when running on the power line because he wasn't grounded or didn't touch both lines at once.

That copy was already dog-eared and worn by that time from the hands of my 3 older siblings. Heck, it'd probably be worth at least a dollar now, even in that shape.

I believe the insurance company would own it. They paid Cage for it, it belongs to them.

it appears to be a sticky subject after the insurance pays out I guess. In the case of a car, The insurance agency may not want it after it is recovered and just give it back to you. but of course, this item is not a car,

looks like it would be down to the results of the insurance investigator discovery, and how the policy was written.
