This is disgusting, yet explains nothing of how macaroni is capable of expressing grease. Is this some sort of new Jersey macaroni?

Um.

Okay, so I guess if you're making my Mom's mac-and-cheese, which comes with a yummy layer of sausage, onions and stuff on the top of the concoction, you might get grease out of the deal.

But otherwise? Macaroni GREASE? WTF.

Looks like Mac and Cheese to me.

In all fairness though, you have to consider that kraft original (my mouth waters just writing that) uses a quarter cup of butter to a quarter cup of milk to make their sauce. Not grease exactly, but mostly hot liquid fat.
