Now I've got the idea, I've gotta try some more.

PROTIP: I was able to create the 3-dimensional look of Mona Lisa using Unsharp Mask - Set the amount at 75% and adjust the radius. I used a radius of 20 pixels on her, and an additional 15 pixel radius on her hand.
