I think a better test about this, if you want to go the evolutionary route for an explanation, is to actually see which of these women are more likely to be cheated on or broken up with more often: women who fake orgasms or women who don't. I suppose that'll be a subsequent study, but to outright suggest an evolutionary origin for faking orgasms like that when all you've done is examine the reasons women say they fake orgasms seems a bit of an overreach at this stage.
