I can dig it. I work Special Ed in a very latino environment. 60% of my kids have probation officers. 40% have been patrons of incarceration facilities. For some reason I have a gut feeling a 13 y/o latino with a tattoo between the thumb and forefinger is most likely hanging out with the wrong crowd and mom got super pissed when she saw it.
My first tattoo was a single needle job, with a crappy motor, done in a not so sanitary environment while doing drugs. Mom was pissed when she saw it. And I was 21.
